Thanksgiving Reading ELA Digital Escape Room

Thanksgiving Reading ELA Digital & Printable Escape Room!!! Students will be using reading comprehension, critical thinking, point of view, vocabulary, figurative language, and more and won’t even realize it! If using the digital version, there is NO PREP! Simply share the link to the Google Form and go!!!

Students work through 4 ELA-related activities to “escape the kiddie table.”

There are 4 “rooms” that students must work through in this escape room:

• #1- Read a Thanksgiving short story and answer reading comprehension questions.
• #2- Watch a History of Thanksgiving video and complete fill-in-the-blanks based on the video.
• #3- Complete a Thanksgiving-themed crossword puzzle.
• #4- Thanksgiving-themed figurative language- similes, metaphors, personification, alliteration.

Your students won’t realize they’re working through reading comprehension, vocabulary, making inferences, figurative language, and more while completing this Thanksgiving Reading – ELA Digital Escape Room!
