This interactive and engaging ELA Test Prep Digital Escape Room is a great way to review throughout the year. The activities also prepare students for state testing! All you have to do is share the link, and students are on their way! Take a look at the video preview for a quick glimpse of how this escape room works. You do not have to complete volume 1 or 2 before doing this escape.

Description of each room:

#1- Key Testing Vocabulary- Students will click the link from their Google Form, which will take them to a drag and drop matching activity. Here, they will determine the definition for “12 Powerful Words” | Vocabulary that is essential to know for end of year & state testing.

#2- Reading Comprehension- Students will read a passage and answer reading comprehension questions on main idea, supporting evidence, context clues, and more.

#3– Types of Conflict- Students will complete a drag & drop activity where they match the type of conflict with the correct example.

#4– Types of Genres- Each slide has a definition of a specific genre. Students determine the type of genre is defined. They they choose the answer they think is correct.
